Production overview
Machining, assembly, and testing under one roof
Our lines cover component fabrication, motor and drive integration, and tooling assembly. Each stage is checked before parts move forward to the next.
Production sequence
From raw stock to finished tool
01
Stock preparation
Raw material is cut and staged for machining, with each batch logged before it reaches the first operation.
02
Component fabrication
Machining centers shape housings, gears, and shafts to drawing, with in-line checks on critical dimensions.
03
Motor and drive integration
Motors, drives, and gear sets are fitted into machinery sub-assemblies and power-driven hand tool bodies.
04
Mechanical testing
Finished assemblies run under load on the test bench to confirm smooth operation before release.
Verification
Dimensional checks before shipment
Parts are measured against tolerance drawings, and assemblies are checked for balance before packing. Packaging follows a fixed protocol so each unit leaves the facility in the condition it was tested.
